who doesn't like cute undies??

I've been really busy lately, moving to Japan and all and getting adjusted. Anyway, I've been doing a lot of crafts lately with the extra time I have since I'm jobless :-/ I will post most of those later since I don't feel like getting up right now (lazy). But I have been making a lot of undies lately, for the fact that they're quick easy, and it's a new challenge to make my own patterns for them. I have also found though that it is really hard to find beige underwear that's not granny panties. So, I will make my own. Here's what I've been up to:

These were my first experiment. I saw the pattern of a shawl that I really liked, so I wanted to see if I could make some cute panties and this was the result:

I originally aimed to start with a pattern, but decided the pattern was ugly and did my own thing.
These I wanted more functional because I have a lot of lighter color skirts I can't wear because of the shortage of cute beige undies in the world, so I left these fairly plain.

I also made this purse, but I don't think I'll ever use it. I liked the pattern, but it's just not my style (the colors). Anyone want it?...leave me a comment and let me know!
And these are some slippers I made because hubby likes to keep the house really cold and since there is no carpet or rugs, my feet get really cold (plus it's fun to slide across the floor in them :)) They were originally supposed to have a strap that criss-crossed over the top to keep them on, but it just didn't work out. So I put a ribbon around the top instead.

Flower thong pattern...FINALLY!

Here is the long awaited pattern for the flower thong. I did use a smaller hook than what I had used on the purple undies, but I similarly used crochet size 10 thread. Flower Thong Pattern: **Pattern is worked starting with the string, then the body of the thong, then the ties. sh= shell= 3 dc in one st **NOTE: I made this pattern to fit me...I wear about a 6 size undies. If you wear bigger or smaller, you will need to adjust the ties accordingly. I also made the ties so they could be just double knotted, not tied in bows, so if that's what you're looking for, you would need to add more as well. Also this pattern is for personal use only, please do not sell the pattern or the undies, as I am giving it to you for free and it took several hours to write it down. Don’t hesitate to ask questions and please let me know if I need to tweak the pattern. Thanks, and enjoy!** Ch 60, sc in 2nd from hook and in each ch. When you get to end ch, 5 sc & “go around corner”. Sc in ea
